Return policy

Big D Communication will accept returns from within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Within the 30 days, you may return any product in its original condition and packaging. Products not returned in like new condition or missing accessories or packaging with be refused and returned. Return authorization is required call 800-444-5217 for return authorization number.  Products returned without authorization will be charged  a 50% restocking fee. Exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion and are subject to a restocking fee. We will issue a full credit for the price of any returned item that meets the above conditions. Freight and handling charges are non-refundable. Special order products and specials may not be covered under the 30 day return, these exceptions will be noted at time of purchase. In the case of multiple items of the same item ordered, one unit must be tested and accepted before like units are opened. After 30 days all items have a 1 or 2 year mfg warranty which will be the sole source of recourse.
